It is with regret and sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Harry Churchill Jr. after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer.

On behalf of his family, we extend our thanks to the countless Cedarville Eye Associates patients who made his nearly 38 years of practice so impactful. Harry took great pride in his work. From his first years as an optometrist in the United States Navy to his final exams in Plymouth, he felt immensely fortunate to give others the gift of improved sight.

Cedarville Eye will continue to provide comprehensive eyecare exams and quality eyewear on a temporarily, reduced schedule. New hours will be posted soon.
